CSA Cabin Staff responsibilities
The camp counselor, counselor-in-training, and unit director are responsible for the wellbeing of campers. On a daily basis, our primary staff member goals are:
• Ensure safety of campers
• Facilitating arrival to various programs and meals
• Ensure campers handle their personal hygiene care
• Providing a fun experience for all campers
• Communicate with fellow staff
Each day with your fellow cabin staff, you can cheer on your campers at the archery range, take them on adventurous and educational nature walks, splash around in the pool, or build a trinket at our Arts and Crafts shack.
Meal time is filled with songs, cheer, and a time to reload energy with great food! After dinner, staff members can teach kids their favorite songs and skits before our nightly campfire.
The High Sierras Mountains are a gorgeous backdrop for laughter, leadership, and connection among friends and campers.
